Return Policy

All sales are final and there is strictly no refund or exchange for our items after payment confirmation. If you have received an incorrect item or a defective item, please email us at contactus@thrivine.sg with details and photograph of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the case and once the issue has been verified, we will send out a replacement if there is stock on hand, at no additional delivery cost.

If there is no stock on hand for replacement, we will refund in the form of store credits, the full purchase price of your item minus the delivery cost.
